Dallas Welcomes Canine Behaviour Expert Susan Strough
In a day and age that seems to have an answer for everything, Susan Strough has found a missing link in Dallas: canine behavior therapy. With over six years as a behavior and training specialist under her belt, Strough will officially launch her title as Dallas’s Canine Behaviour Expert at the end of July. The catch is the fact that she plans to train owners just as much as she trains their pets.
Although Strough’s timing partners nicely with America’s latest canine psychology craze, she has been successfully practicing her techniques for years. While embracing positive reinforcement, Strough’s methods are assertive and tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients. She bases her services on her belief that unique problems call for unique solutions. “Most behavioral problems are psychological and have to be dealt with on a case by case basis,” says Strough. “No two dogs are the same.”
